This is a quick TaylorMade Burner 2.0 HP Irons review.
It seems like the major difference between the TaylorMade Burner 2.0 and the 2.0 HP is the finish. The classic Burner 2.0 irons were a gun metal finish, while the new HP has more of a chrome finish. HP stands for High Polish as far as I can see.
If you did your homework when the Burner 2.0 irons came out, you know that these irons were engineered to be long. Each club was individually designed as opposed to the usual "copy and paste" process.
Thinner face, lower center of gravity, custom designed shafts for each club, Multi-Functional Sole, progressive weight distribution, etc. ALL contribute to a much improved club.
Watch the video below if you haven't heard about all the technological improvements that went into building the Burner 2.0.

The Original TaylorMade Burner 2.0 and TaylorMader Burner 2.0 HP
I've noticed the original Burner 2.0 has been phasing out. They are not on the TaylorMade website nor in stores online. If you want the gun metal finish, you'd have to check classified ads or places like eBay for in stock clubs. Amazon had it but was out of stock when this post was written. They did have a used set for $325 here. Graphite shafts were available here. As of this post, they do have the TaylorMade Burner 2.0 HP version in stock. That's it for this TaylorMade Burner 2.0 HP Irons review.
